  Purchased the vacuum which works great. What wasn't great was we were promised an extra package of bags and belt because it only came with one each. That was part of the deal of the sale. Even written on the sales slip. After the sale, the salesman was nowhere to be found and kirby didn't want to help. You get better customer service from the $100 vacuum you buy at walmart.

  Vacuum nice but the price not worth it plus the sales rep that came to my house was on drugs u could smell him a mile away
