  First off, DON'T PAY UPFRONT! Biggest mistake of my life! I paid the "handyman" $2700 to do a chimney liner install and patch job on the attic portion of the chimney. The check cleared, but they did not show to do the work. I called repeatedly (thinking I was totally scammed out of my money). MONTHS AND MONTHS LATER the work has finally been completed. The owner was a total jerk on the phone, being rude and treating me poorly every time I called while I was being respectful and nice (just trying to get the work I paid for done). I highly advise you to use someone else. Very unprofessional, owner screened my calls so I had to borrow peoples phones to get through. I got through several Monday's in a row and it was always the same "We will have it done by Sunday" How many time can you say that, not do it and have your client believe you? On the third "we'll have it done by Sunday" HE was getting upset.... ARE YOU SERIOUS? Very very frustrating experience at BEST! The attorney general and the BBB will be getting detailed reports. Oh, did I mention they didn't clean any of the mess?
