  I just wanted to send a belated "Thank You" to your company and staff for making my parent's move so effortless. My parents decided to move out of their long time home, and they were very worried about making sure their possessions were well taken care of as they were transported to the new location. I was concerned about how long it would take because my parents had a long day ahead of them.
  
  Al and Joe arrived promptly and were very courteous. They were so patient with my dad (he had just woken up and wasn't ready for the bedroom furniture to be moved) and mom (who was tending to dad) and with me (as I nervously fluttered around the house). They packed everything very carefully and the contents arrived and were unpacked with no damage.
  
  I also appreciated the call to find out how the move went later in the day. I felt as if it added a caring touch to an emotional experience.
  
  We also received a slight refund in the price because we had less boxes than expected. That was good for the budget as well!
